Ulahair.com specializes in a wide range of hair products. We strive to provide high-quality, competitively priced hair extensions and excellent customer service. To better serve our customers, we accept returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
Returns & Exchanges (No Quality Issues)
We accept returns for eligible products within 15 days after delivery.

Return Conditions
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition
• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return
• Customized wig cap sizes are non-returnable
Return Options
1) Return for Exchange
• Customer is responsible for return shipping
• Any price difference must be paid by the customer
2) Return for Refund
• A $20 handling & outbound shipping fee will be deducted from the refund after inspection
Customs Declaration (Important)
Please declare the return value within USD $15 and declare the item as synthetic hair.
Any customs duties or tariffs incurred due to incorrect declaration will be deducted from the refund amount.
Frequently Asked Questions
I ordered the wrong item / I don’t like the hair. Can I return it?
Yes. This is considered a return for personal reasons.
A $20 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
Do you provide a return label?
No. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
After contacting us, we will provide the return address and instructions.
Customers may use USPS or another carrier.
Can I get a full refund?
If the return is due to our error (incorrect item or verified quality issue), we will provide a full refund after confirmation.
Important:
You must contact us within 2 days of delivery and provide clear photos or videos.
Claims reported after 2 days may not be accepted.
What if I refuse the delivery?
We do not accept refusal returns without prior communication.
If a parcel is refused and returned, the following costs may be deducted from the refund:
• Original shipping cost
• Return shipping cost
• Any additional fees incurred
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order and before shipment.
How long does the refund take?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a few business days.
Who pays for return shipping?
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility for personal-reason returns
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Orders refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address may incur additional deductions
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
If the order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as Delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please:
• Check with family members, neighbors, or building management
• Contact the carrier directly to file a claim
• Confirm that the shipping address provided at checkout was correct
In certain cases, we may assist by providing shipping documents or carrier information.
We do not offer automatic refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
High-Value Orders
For high-value orders, we strongly recommend selecting a signature-required or insured shipping option at checkout.
